Digital images are processed by hand and emailed to you, digital images are not a download product and do not include a physical product. Please allow 1-3 days for the images to be emailed to you. Images are high-resolution, cropped and color adjusted. Digital images are 8×12 @ 300DPI.
Digital images are emailed to you from [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], or [email protected], please add these addresses to your accepted emails. Delivery issues are common with Yahoo accounts, we will use multiple emails to have the images(s) reach you. We kindly request a quick reply to know the images have been received. This is nothing more than our attempt to ensure you have the item. Unreplied emails will be followed up on and courtesy calls will follow. We strive for all images to be received. Back up your images in at least 3 different locations, we do not provide free image data research or free replacements.

PRINT INFO
Printed photos will be cropped, color and density adjusted. Printed photos are mailed to you in 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the order. We strive to have your order completed and ready to mail to you as quickly as possible.

Galleries from which you purchased are subject to expire.

Thank you for your order, please feel free to reach out to us any time for an update after the times noted have passed. Once an order has been received, it goes into production within 24 hours. Order alterations are not possible once in production.
