The Galleries posted here are low resolution galleries. These are not high resolution download galleries. We hope you will enjoy and respect the images within the galleries. If you wish to have your images permanently deleted, please kindly email us with your request (Name, class, image number “0123RG”).
To order: Locate your gallery, locate your image, add it to the cart and process your order. Print orders take 1.5-3 weeks. Digital image orders: Digital images are processed by hand, this takes time. They are not an instant download and a hard copy is not included. Post event digital image orders are email, 1-3 days. Images in the low res gallery are not cropped, color adjusted, or ready to print.
We Stive for 100% transaparency. We do not provide free replacements for client’s lost or damaged files, back up your data in at least 3 different locations. Once images have been posted, all sales are completely and absolutely final, image swapping qand changes is not provided. Replacement images are offered at retail prices.
“I didn’t get an email with my image.” It is clearly noted through multiple channels that digital images are a download product. Verbal notice, written on the order form, receipts, posted fliers, and the website.
NOTE: If your class is 6 months or more, you will need to add the $25 DATA RETRIVAL FEE.
Due to the custom nature of digital images, all sales are final. We provide multiple reasonable options to choose your image, if has not been selected, you authorized us to choose your image. Orders placed for classes over 6 months are billed $25 in addition to the order for data retrieval fee in addition to your order, you will be contacted to pay the data retrieval fee, please expect this email. Image SWAPS are not offered, permitted, or provided. All Rights Reserved.
NOTE: If your class was photographed 6 months or more, you will need to add the $25 “DATA RETRIVAL FEE” to the shopping cart in addition to your order. This notification refers to ALL of the gallery orders. Failure to comply will result in your order being placed on HOLD. You will receive an email stating this policy. Your order may be canceled if this is not followed.
