Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final. In the event there is an order issue, Paul Murphy Photography reserves the right to correct the order as which is was placed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
PayPal is the form of payment used, you may use a PayPal account or a credit card in your account.
VENMO is used for manual payment options. By placing your order, the order will be placed in a “Pending” status until paid. Upon payment, your order will be added to the production schedule for processing.

SHIPPING
If an order was placed for “delivery” after photo day, your order will require shipping.
Orders are shipped via USPS
Photo Pick up
We do not offer photo pick up. Shipping will be needed in the event the order is placed for pick up.
Delivery time
Proto orders are manually processed to ensure they look their best. Delivery time ranges from 1-2 weeks for small photo orders. League photo delivery may range from 3-8 weeks depending on the size of the league.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided. Orders may be corrected and provided to you at the sole discretion of Paul Murphy Photography.
BANNER ORDERS
Paul Murphy Photography is not liable for any color or density printing issues. Customer submissions to Paul Murphy Photography are done so with the agreement that you the customer 1) Have knowledge of color and density corrections to digital image files, 2) Hold Paul Murphy Photography without liability for any color and/or density printing issues, 3) Submit professionally color corrected images, 4) Submit professionally density corrected images, 5) Files are cropped to the precise size ordered, 6) Agree once the order has been submitted, all sales are final, refunds are not possible for any reason, situation or occurrence. Paul Murphy Photography retains all rights in all matters and it is agreed with you, the customer, that any resolution is left to solely Paul Murphy Photography. 7) Customers that have not read this information is not cause for a refund, 8) Banners shall not be remade, reprinted, reproduced, or regenerated for any reason. All sales are final.
Banner Customers agree to hold Paul Murphy Photography harmless in all matters, in addition, you the Customer agree to waive the right to post any potential negative reviews in any known or unknown Social Media, website review, Google, or other known or unknown search engines. Any negative reviews are considered Defamation of Character of Paul Murphy Photography. All legal matters shall take place where Paul Murphy Photography is physically located at the time of the sale.
