YOU MAY CHOOSE YOUR IMAGE AT THE EVENT OR BY SUNDAY EVENING AT 5PM BY TEXTING OR EMAILING IMAGE NUMBERS TO US. IMAGE NUMBERS ARE “IMG 0123RG” LOCATED BELOW THE IMAGE. Once images are in production changes can not be made, texting or emailing on Monday is too late to make the change. Images will be posted by 5pm (Pacific Time) Monday. To download your image, open the image and click on the green download button from a computer. Feel free to post, print and share the image as much as you would like, it is now yours to enjoy. Please back up your image in at least 3 different locations as we do not provide free replacements to clients lost or damage files.  Due to the nature of the digital product, once high resolution images are posted, swapping, exchanging, trading of images is not provided. The digital image sale is now complete and non-refundable under any circumstance. Team photos will be posted by Wednesday afternoon due to the additional amount of artwork to each image.
