Welcome to our archived CPOA image gallery. You may order your previous class digital images here. We do our best to keep all of the USCG images on file going back to 2006. While we can not guarantee this, it is highly likely the images are stored. If your gallery is listed here, you may place an order. If doing so, you must include the correct data retrieval fee. If the data retrieval fee is not added to the order, your order will be placed on hold. We will reach out to you informing you of the specific price required to proceed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to use prior to placing an order.
If you do not see your gallery here, you will need to order the previews to be posted online. The fee covers the time taken to locate, prepare and post the images. Without this, the images will not be attempted to be located. The preview order fee is non-refundable. While we should have the images on file, we rely on data drives as our backup. Data drives may fail. If we are unable to locate the images, the data retrieval preview fee is not refunded. The fee is for the labor to pull the hard drives and do the research.
We post fliers, have the info on our website, provide the details on the receipts provided to each and every purchaser, as well as verbally state the digital images are a download product and download them on Monday 5pm. We encourage everyone to take a picture of the fliers for after the event on how to download their high res digital images. The current class high res digital images are online for 30 days. ample time to download the images. If you failed to download your image, the data retrieval fee varies.
Single or Multiple Image HIGH RESOLUTION DATA RETRIEVAL FEE Scale in one previous order:
1 to 30 days, $0;
2-3 months (31 to 90 days) $30 fee;
3-4 months (91 to 120 days) $40 fee;
4 to 12 more months (121 365 days) is $75;
13 months or more (366 or more) refer to ordering the low resolution preview images;
We do not provide free replacements to clients lost or damaged files. We do not guarantee images will be permanently stored. Image retrieval is for the exact same image that was initial provided as a digital file.
PREVIEW LOW RESOLUTION WATERMARKED IMAGES – Any requests to retrieve and post low resolution watermarked images is subject to fees** as follows (Previews do not include a high resolution digital product, or a printed product):
1 to 9 months $25*
10 months to 36 months $50* and
Classes more 37 months of your graduation dinner incur a $75* per hour data retrieval fee.
*Plus the cost of any products ordered.
**The preview fee is 100% non-refundable and not a guarantee for the images to be located. The data retrieval fee is for the labor to “ATTEMPT” to locate the images. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the fee is non-refundable. We do our best to keep images on file prominently, we do not guarantee it after 2 months. Data Retrieval fees are prepaid and non-refundable nor applied to a product order. Paul Murphy Photography does its best to keep images on file, however, once a reasonable amount of time has passed, 60 days, images are not required to be stored. Customers are responsible for accessing, downloading and backing up in a reasonable amount of time. Paul Murphy Photography strives for 100% transparency.
