"I forgot to turn in my order" We are sorry to hear this! We offer Venmo as a cash sale (be our friend!) making photo day orders simple. But, due to the production, late order forms are not accepted, am online order needs to be made.
We do everything possible to provide sufficient pre-order and post online order info. Paper order forms are accept on photo day. After photo day, please use the post photo day online order gallery. Order forms are always available prior to photo day here.

While we can not extend the pre-photo day special discounted offer, you have two options to place an order 1) If you DO need to see the poses, pay the preview fee, then choose and place an order online. or 2) if you DO NOT need to preview the images to order and you allow our staff to choose the pose, we can assist you with package options by calling us at 707-579-7907. These phone orders require sales tax and shipping as part of the sale.
The images posted may be purchased online. After you place the order we need to confirm payment. This is due to the fact we offer Venmo as an option. Once cleared, you will receive a link to download via email. So what is the difference?
- $65 digital is a high resolution HAND PROCESSED image with slight retouching (blemishes, glow, etc). These images are hand processed and are emailed in 0-4 days, depending on the studio load. Or,
- Online Download in the cart image. This is true fact of what you see is what you will get. The images are EXACTLY what you see. No additional services, no retouching, no blending, no cropping, no color/density adjustments. We guarantee you will received exactly what you see due to the fact that the image you receive and view are identical.
If you order the online version, and wish to upgrade to the hand processed image, you must contact us within 48 hours of the link being provided. The amount due is the difference of the online version plus $10. For example: If you ordered the online digital for $40, and the hand processed digital is $65, your balance due is $35. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We are so sorry to hear this, you might be in luck but it comes with a new purchase of the image. We stress repeatedly to back up your image(s) in multiple locations for this reason. We treat digital images the same way a photo is sold. We charge for clients lost photos, the same a digital image is sold at the current price. We do not guarantee to have the images online after a reasonable timeframe after the photos have been delivered. But its likely we will. But please be prepared for the option to make the purchase.

If you have 2 kids on Football, you will need to order two $15 previews.
If you have 1 child and he or she is on 2 sports (e.g., cheer, and/or cheer comp or football & track), you will need to order two previews.

Below are the photo session online dates and the expiration dates. Pay attention to the expiration date, this is the one that matters (a lot). When the photos are posted, the name of the sport will be a link which you can click on. That link will take you to the photos where you will need to log in using the password. You are never without an order form to pre-order.
